Our Process

What We Do

01

Collection & Transport

Our company offers reliable and efficient collection and transport services for plastic materials. We have a fleet of trucks that can transport your plastic materials from one location to our main factory; or you can organise a drop off to our location. With our expertise in logistics, you can trust us to handle your plastic materials with care. Contact us today to learn more our services.

02

Plastic Preparation

Once the plastic material is collected, and at our facilities, our staff then proceed to cut and shred the plastic into smaller pieces that are suitable for shredding and granulating in our machinery. This process helps to prepare the plastic for recycling and reduces waste in our environment.

03

Granulating & Shredding

The plastic is then put through our shredder, which is a large single shaft shredder and is capable of processing up to 1200kgs of product per hour and capable of shredding tough waste materials, it has a large feed opening to accept bulky product. The plastic is then processed through our granulator that has a 55kW motor and processing capacity of up to 1T/hr. This process helps to break down the plastic into smaller pieces, making it easier for packaging and transport.

04

Bagging and Dispatch

After the plastic material is granulated, it is filled into bags that are by the tonne weight and then dispatched to recycling companies or if companies are interested bought for other purposes. These companies use the shredded plastic for reusable materials for construction, medical and recreational uses.
